Hi @default368587376ztmf9 @default36916833md4vlc @chrisd40039162

I'd like to report this issue to our developers, but I need more information to ensure I understand.

Could you help with these details?

  • What file format are you saving in?
  • What are the dimensions of your project?
  • If you were getting better results before the update, would it be possible to share before and after examples?

Thanks for your help on this,
Dave

Hello I hope your day is going well. My name is Chad and I have a S22Ultra as my primary device. I have a couple other devices also. But with this recent update when finishing a project and saving to the device. For some reason it's chopping the quality I'm half. File size in half and it's very noticeable. Please fix this if you can. It's a little frustrating because now I have to export as a pdf, re open it and re save it as an image to get the full quality. I did not have to do this before. Attached are 3 screen shots. 2 exports from today. One as jpg and other I had to save as pdf then jpg and other is old original file Feb 10th. Thanks for reading this and hopefully an update can be done so that the full quality can be exported. This is even worse when using an actual photo. It chops the quality down and the images look pretty bad when exporting unless you save as pdf then save that pdf as a jpg. Thanks again for your time. Have a great weekend.

I’ve noticed since the update of the app that the files saved from the app are losing quality. I was able to compare pics from previous version

Hey @T33624173mcf3, Please provide us with more details to investigate this issue.

What export format are you using?

Did you use your own media, or did you use assets available within the app?

What canvas size are you working on?

If you use your own media, what dimensions is it?

Would it be possible for you to share the downloaded file and the media you used in it?

Best,

Amitej

When downloading an image (saving to my camera roll) the images end up being very poor quality. I have no use for this app if my content is not crisp.

Thanks for sharing an example. This image has small dimensions, 519 x 519. You might need to use larger project dimensions if you want higher quality.
